            This latest innovative is designed to collect and compile electronic data of patients’ healthtransferred from hospitals and health stations.Then the data is kept in data center which dailyimprovement is operated.Such data is available for the hospitals by using Citizen Identification CardNumber to search medical history. It is helpful decision support on treatment and continuing healthcare. The data is also used for health care planning and health management.

• It can handle and support a maximum of 500 units per province (primary health care units and hospitals)

• Roi-Et Province is the first area developing the health data warehouse.
• Amnat Charoen Province has developed and used the Finger Scan to collect fingerprints of over 400,000 people in the area.
• Suphanburi Province has also developed the system to connect to other external systems such as schools etc.
• Buriram Province has improved the online referral system and the epidemiological information center to the real time systems.
