พอดีพยาบาลอยากได้รายงานเด็กเลื่อนนัด ผมมีรายงานเด็กมาตามนัด กับ เด็กขาดนัดแล้ว แต่พยาบาลอยากได้ เด็กเลื่อนนัดอีก 1 รายงาน ไม่ทราบว่าจะเขียนคำสั่งอย่างไรดีครับ
