ติัดตั้ง mysql 5.5.11 ไม่ผ่านแนะนำหน่อยครับ

ผมลองติดตั้ง mysql 5.5.11 ลงบน centos 5.6 ไม่ผ่านนครับ เฉพาะ package MySQL-server ครับ ส่วน client กับ share ติดตั้งได้ครับ ฟ้อง error ว่า

/usr/sbin/mysqld: error while loading shared libraries: libaio.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Installation of system tables failed!  Examine the logs in
/var/lib/mysql for more information.

You can try to start the mysqld daemon with:

    shell> /usr/sbin/mysqld --skip-grant &

and use the command line tool /usr/bin/mysql
to connect to the mysql database and look at the grant tables:

    shell> /usr/bin/mysql -u root mysql
    mysql> show tables

Try 'mysqld --help' if you have problems with paths.  Using --log
gives you a log in /var/lib/mysql that may be helpful.

Please consult the MySQL manual section
'Problems running mysql_install_db', and the manual section that
describes problems on your OS.  Another information source are the
MySQL email archives available at http://lists.mysql.com/.

Please check all of the above before mailing us!  And remember, if
you do mail us, you MUST use the /usr/bin/mysqlbug script!

ลองดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ MySQL-server มาใหม่หรือยังครับ

หรือไม่ก็ติดตั้ง libaio.so ก่อน

1.ติดตั้ง centos 5.6/ oracle 5.6   >>>>>> เลือกแบบ custom เอาเฉพาะ base  หรือ ไม่เอาอะไรเลย

2.ติดตั้ง perl-DBI  ก่อน

3 ติดตั้ง MySQL เลย
ตามนี้ครับ

PLEASE REMEMBER TO SET A PASSWORD FOR THE MySQL root USER !
To do so, start the server, then issue the following commands:

/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root password 'new-password'
/usr/bin/mysqladmin -u root -h hos password 'new-password'

Alternatively you can run:
/usr/bin/mysql_secure_installation

which will also give you the option of removing the test
databases and anonymous user created by default.  This is
strongly recommended for production servers.

See the manual for more instructions.

Please report any problems with the /usr/bin/mysqlbug script!

  rpm -ivh packagename.rpm --nodeps --force เป็นคำสั่งติดตั้งแบบทับ package เดิมที่มีการทำงานอยู่
ในกรณีฟ้องแบบนี้
ls: /var/lib/mysql/*.err: No such file or directory
ls: /var/lib/mysql/*.err: No such file or directory
แสดงว่าท่านสั่งถอนการติดตั้ง package mysql ตัวเดิมออกไปแล้วด้วยคำสั่ง rpm -e น่ะครับสามารถสั่งติดตั้งใหม่เพียวๆโดยไม่ต้องมี --nodeps --force ลงท้าย
เช่น rpm -ivh MySQL-server-5.5.11-1.rhel5.x86_64.rpm
แถมละกันถ้าท่านไม่ทราบว่าเครื่องของท่านมี package ที่ท่านต้องการจะลงใหม่ค้างอยู่ในระบบหรือไม่สามารถสั่งด้วยคำสั่ง
rpm -qa

เช่น rpm -qa|grep mysql

อีกนิดครับ อ. ฟ้อง error
[root@hosxp tmp]# rpm -ivh MySQL-server-5.5.11-1.rhel5.x86_64.rpm --nodeps --force

  ติดตั้งและสตาร์ทได้ยังครับท่าน ลองเปลี่ยนตำแหน่งใน my.cnf ลองดูครับ
ตรง [client]
socket          = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock เปลี่ยนเป็น socket  = /tmp/mysql.sock

ตรง [mysqld]
socket          = /var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock เปลี่ยนเป็น socket  = /tmp/mysql.sock

เปลี่ยนแล้วลองสั่ง service mysql restart ครับ

เกี่ยวกับ my.cnf   ต้องเปิดดูว่ามัน error อะไร  ดูได้ที่ /var/lib/mysql  ประมาณนั้น

max_allowed_package   ให้ใส่แค่ 1 G เท่านั้น
