การ Merge Offline Data ข้อมูลกลับมาแล้วข้อการแสกนลายนิ้วมือไม่ขึ้น หลังจากใช้ระบบ Offline
แต่รูปคน รูปบ้าน ข้อมูลต่างๆ มาหมด แต่พอเข้าไปดูที่ตรงสแกนลายนิ้วมือไม่ขึ้นครับ
แล้วข้อมูล Offline ยังอยู่ไหมและจะนำกลับมาใช้ยังไงครับ
ไม่รู้ว่าผิดตรงไหนครับ ช่วยดูให้ด้วยนะครับ ขอบคุณครับ

พอดีลองสังเกตุดูเจอแบบนี้ครับ (ลองเอาใช้ใน HOSxP PCU update Structure แล้วครับ)

ลองใช้ ประมาณ เวอร์ชั่น 3.52.8.xx ระบบ Merge Offline Data จะครบกว่านะครับ

ปัญหาต่าจะเกิดจาก patient ไม่เข้าหรือเปล่าครับ  finger_template 

เกิดปัญหาจาก finger_template  เนื่องจากว่าอาจจะมีการออก HN ใหม่ ไปแล้ว เวลารวมกันไม่ได้เปลียน HN เป็นของใหม่ ด้วยทำให้มันหาไม่เจอครับ


วิธีนะครับ  ดูว่า HN ใหม่ คืออะไร

แล้วเอาไปเปลียนใน ตาราง finger_template  ครับ
