สอบถามการเขียน การนำ ไฟล์ txt ใน listbox เข้า database

เห็น สปสช เขียนด้วย visual studio แล้วผมก็คิดว่า delphi ก็ต้้องทำได้ซิ    แต่ติดที่ว่าจะนำ ไฟล์ .txt ใน listbox นำเข้าฐานข้อมูลได้ยังไง  ขอบคุณครับ

กำลังทดสอบอยุ่เหมือนกัน ขอ code บ้างครับ
