ขอความช่วยเหลือต้องการเปลียน mysql จาก 4.1.19 เป็น 5.0 ทำอย่างไรบ้าง

ผมใช้ mysql 4.1.19 ผมต้องการเปลียนเป็น 5.0.27
1. อยากทราบว่า ถ้าเรา dump database ออกมาจาก version 4.1  แล้วนำเข้า  version 5 ได้เลขหรือไม่
2. การตั้งค่า my.cnf ใน linux cenos5 Xeon3040/1.87Ghz  Ram 4 G ต้องตั้งอย่างไร

initial ข้อมูลออกไปเครื่องอื่นก่อน จากนั้นก็ลงทับด้วยคำสั่งอัพเดท
rpm -Uvh Mysql-xxxxx.xxx.xxx.xxx  ให้ครบทุกไฟล์
ถ้าลงแบบนี้ไม่ได้ก็บังคับลงด้วย --force ต่อท้าย เคยทำมาแล้วไม่มีปัญหาอะไร

โหลดไฟล์มาคนละรุ่นกับ OS หรือเปล่าครับ
ผมก็เป็นลงเครื่องใหม่เมื่อกี้นี้ พอเอาไฟล์ที่ถูกรุ่นมาลงผ่าน ฉลุย!!
