รายงานหัตถการผู้ป่วยใน

อยากทราบว่าต้องการดึงรายงานหัตถการผู้ป่วยในทำได้อย่างไรครับ
ในรายงานไม่มีครับ รบกวนสมาชิกด้วยนะครับ  และหัตถการห้องผ่าตัดด้วยนะครับ ถ้าแยกได้ก็ดีมากเลยครับ
