เรียก custom report เรื่อง waiting time แล้วพบปัญหา

ได้สร้าง custom report เรื่อง waiting time แล้วเมื่อเรียกช่วงวันที่มากขึ้นจาก parameter เดิมที่กำหนด แล้วพบข้อความ 'Range check error' ไม่ทราบว่าเกิดจากสาเหตุอะไร แก้ไขอย่างไรครับ ของคุณครับ

ไม่ทราบว่ามีบัญหากับช่วงวันที่มันไม่มีข้อมูลหรือเปล่าครับ

ในการนำ Query ไปสร้างเป็น Custom report หาก parameter ที่ใส่มีเครื่องหมาย colon (เช่นข้อความในรูปแบบของเวลา) ให้ใช้เครื่องหมาย - แทนเครื่องหมาย colon ก่อนครับ ดังนั้นเวลาทำรายงานจะไม่เห็นข้อมูล แต่เวลานำมาใช้จะเห็นข้อมูลครับ

เรียน อ.ชัยพร เปลี่ยน '06:00:00' เป็น '06-00-00' แล้วใน report designer เมื่อเข้า HOSXP แล้วยังพบข้อความ 'Range check error' เหมือนเดิมครับ ต้องแก้ไขอะไรอีกหรือไม่ (หมายเหตุ กำหนด parameter เฉพาะวันที่ครับ เวลาไม่ได้กำหนด) ขอบคุณครับ

ผมเคยเจอครับ..ปัญหาเป็นตรงที่ ช่วงระยะเวลาวันที่ครับผม..ลองเปลี่ยนช่วงวันที่ที่มีข้อมูลดูครับ..หมายถึง ช่วงระยะเวลาที่ใช้งานโปรแกรมดู... ไม่ก็ลองเอาไฟล์นี้ไปทดสอบดูครับ..โหลดมาจากของ อ.อ๊อด เอาไปเขียนภาษาไทยเพิ่ม เอาไปเปลี่ยนช่วงวันที่มา..
