ไม่จําเป็นต้อง restart ครับ ระบบแจ้งว่าตารางกําลังถูกใช้งานอยู่ ทําให้ไม่ทราบว่า id สุดท้ายที่ควรจะเป็นคือเลขอะไรก็จะไม่สามารถ update ให้ได้ครับ
