แบบนี้ของผมก็เจอครับ
เมื่อก่อนไม่เคยมีเลย หมายถึงตั้งแต่เป็น 3.52.3.25 ก็ไม่เคยมี แต่มาระยะหลัง ๆ มีให้เห็นทุกวันเลย
ไม่รู้ว่าจะไปดูพฤติกรรมการคีย์ข้อมูลเข้าของผู้ใช้อย่างไรดี

ต้องระวัง ว่าข้อมูลบางส่วนไม่เข้าเครื่องสำรอง

ของผมก็มีคล้าย ๆ กัน  แต่ตรงที่ เรื่องของการลง  หรือเปลี่ยนแปลงปรับปรุงค่าใช้จ่าย ในกรณีคนไข้ที่จะต้อง
admit เกิดจาก  ทาง opd ลงข้อมูลยังไม่ครบหรือ ต้องการเปลี่ยนแปลงข้อมูลใหม่  หลังจากที่ตึกรับคนไข้เข้าตึกแล้วออก  AN  ทำให้มันหา hos_guid หรือ vn ไม่เจอบ้าง  เป็นต้น
ดังนั้นทาง รพ.ของผมจึงทำความตกลงกับผู้ใช้ให้ตามขั้นตอนให้ถูกต้อง

เป็นชุดคำสั่งที่เกิดจากโปรแกรมรุ่นเก่าครับ จะส่งคำสั่งนี้ไปยัง MySQL แต่ตอนใช้งานจะไม่แสดง Error ครับ แต่ชุดคำสั่งนี้จะถูกเก็บไว้ใน replicate_log พอนำมา forward ไป slave ตัว Replication manager จึงแสดง Error ให้เห็นครับ  ลองเปลี่ยนไปใช้ระบบห้องผ่าตัดแบบใหม่ แล้วจะไม่แสดง Error นี้ครับ

2 วันมาแล้ว ไม่มี error ครับ  ทั้งห้องผ่าตัด และ เวชระเบียน

เพราะเหตุใดครับ อ.

เป็นชุดคำสั่งที่เกิดจากโปรแกรมรุ่นเก่าครับ จะส่งคำสั่งนี้ไปยัง MySQL แต่ตอนใช้งานจะไม่แสดง Error ครับ แต่ชุดคำสั่งนี้จะถูกเก็บไว้ใน replicate_log พอนำมา forward ไป slave ตัว Replication manager จึงแสดง Error ให้เห็นครับ  ลองเปลี่ยนไปใช้ระบบห้องผ่าตัดแบบใหม่ แล้วจะไม่แสดง Error นี้ครับ

ตอนนี้ผมเปลี่ยนไปใช้ระบบห้องผ่าตัดแบบใหม่ ก็ยังแสดง error อยู่ครับ
