RAM 4 Gig ครับ ใช้ CentOS ครับ 5.5 mysql ของ CentOS ครับ

ลองเปลี่ยนเป็น
innodb_buffer_pool_size = 2048M

ก็ Run ไม่ผ่านครับ
ท่านใดมี ขอ config my.cnf ใหม่มาลองบ้างครับ

มีปัญหาตรงที่

ครับ ถ้าเอา # มันจะไม่สามารถ Run mysql ได้ครับ

จะรวมประชากรบัญชี 1 ครับ มีซ้ำกัน 2 คน และแต่ละคน ก็มี Visit ครับ จะรวมกันอย่างไรดี hosxp v.3.53.11.9

ขอตารางบันทึกข้อมูล ผู้ป่วยที่มาทำหัตถการครับ บันทึกในตารางใด

หัถการของผู้ป่วย ER ห้องฟัน บันทึกลงในตารางใดครับ ผมเข้าไปดูใน Ovstdiag Opitemrace Vn_stat ไม่เห็นมีการบันทึก ICD9 ครับ

ผู้ป่วยชื่อ-สกุล เดียวกัน แล้วบันทึกการรักษาผิดคนแก้ไขอย่างไร ครับ  ใช้ hos xp v.3.53.9.3 ครับ

ได้แล้วครับ ปล่อยให้ Run แล้วก็ผ่านและเข้าได้แล้วครับ ขอบคุณอ.ชัยพร และทุกท่านครับ

start centos5.2 แล้วมีปัญหาครับ mysql start ไม่ได้ ค้างที่ start mysql ครับ ขณะ start Centos ด่วนเลยครับ คนไข้รอเป็นร้อยครับ ไม่ได้ Replicate ครับ

ส่งข้อมูล 18 แฟ้มแล้วข้อมูลแฟ้ม serveil ข้อมูลไม่มี  แต่ดูในฐานข้อมูลที่เราบันทึกไว้ที่ส่งข้อมูลในตาราง surveil_member มีข้อมูลครับ ใช้ hosxp V 3.52.3.11 ครับ

ในเมนู รายงาน -> ระบบรายงาน OPD -> รายงาน 506  และ 506 List ไม่ได้ครับ  งานระบาดต้องการจะพิมพ์เป็นใบรายงาน 506 ครับ ผมลองคลิกแล้วโปรแกรม Process ไม่ยอมเลิกครับ เมื่อก่อนทำได้ครับ พอเปลี่ยน V3.50.7.1 ตรงรายงานนี้ออกไม่ได้เลยครับ แต่ส่งข้อมูลให้ Epidem ได้ครับ โปรแกรม Process ไปตลอดเลยครับ

ส่งออก Epidem ด้วยไม่ได้ครับ

รายงานโรค 506 ตรงหัวข้อรายงาน opd ออกรายงานไม่ได้ครับ โปรแกรม Procesห ไม่ยอมออกรายงานครับ

ขั้นตอนทำอย่างไรครับพี่

ลบ  Replicate_Log  แล้วขึ้น error  can not open resultset ครับ

อยากให้ค่าบริการทางการแพทย์มันคิดโดยไม่ต้อง key เข้าไปต้องไป set ตรงไหนครับ เมื่อก่อนไม่คิดเลยเอาออก ตอนนี้จะคิดค่าบริการทางการแพทย์ครับ
