แจ้งข้อผิดพลาดการทำงานของ HOSxP V3 / ต้องการเก็บลายนิ้วมือ คนไข้ที่มารักษา ครับ

เวอร์ชั่นที่ใช้ HOSxP_Upgrade_3.59.12.30 โปรแกรมไม่สามารถทำงานได้ครับ ตามภาพ ต้องการเก็บลายนิ้วมือ คนไข้ที่มารักษา ครับ  มีท่านใดพอทำได้บ้างไหมครับ ช่วยบอกที่ ครับ
