ท่านยอดชาย  น่าจะเกิดจากตาราง icd10_nhso ไม่มีรหัส U ของแผนไทย หรือมีรหัส U ไม่ครบ  ลองตรวจสอบดูน่ะ   

ปล. ลองดูกระทู้นี้ หรือโหลด  ตาราง icd10_nhso  ของท่านเทพฯหลายๆ ท่าน ไปนำเข้าลองดูครับ ตามนี้เลย

อาจารย์ครับ  นำ icd10_nhso เข้าแล้วครับ ยังเป็นอาการเดิมครับ

ต้อนนี้ใช้ฐานจริง  HOSxP V. 3.55.1.19  ครับ
ใส่ระหัส M หน้าห้องตรวจแพทย์ และรหัส U หน้าแพทย์แผนไทย บันทึกไม่ได้ครับ
ทดลองในฐานขอมูลสำรอง V.3.55.2.6 และ V.3.55.2.10 ก็ยังเป็นเหมือนเดิม
มีคนแนะนำให้กลับไปใช้ V.3.54.12.7 ก็ยังเป็นเหมือนเดิม
