ผมลองใน HOSXP PCU แล้วครับไม่ขึ้น ERROR แต่การบันทึกใน DATABASE โปรแกรมบันทึก ค่าเป็น 0 ในฟิว person_women_breast_cancer_test_id ของตาราง person_women_breast_cancer_check โปรแกรมไม่ได้นำ person_women_breast_cancer_test_id จากตาราง person_women_breast_cancer_test มาบันทึกทำให้ลงข้อมูลได้แต่การเขียนรายงานในผู้ป่วยที่ตรวจแล้วพบผิดปกติจะทำไม่ได้ ครับ (ตามรูปครับ)

จากโรงพยาบาลนครนายกนะครับ ตอนนี้ใช้งาน HOS XP V. 3.53.12.16 ใช้งานบัญชี 6 ลงข้อมูลมะเร็งเต้านม แล้วขึ้น Debug ตามรูปที่ 1ครับ  แล้วลองดูใน Trace windows แล้วมีการ Insert ข้อมูลตามรูปที่ 2 ครับ

คำถามต่อมา ในบัญชี 6 ครับในการตรวจมะเร็งเต้านม ครับตรงประเภทการตรวจ ให้ดึง NAME มาแทน ID ได้หรือไม่ครับตามรูปที่ 3  และ พบก้อนผิดปกติ ก็ให้ดึง NAME มาแทน ID ได้หรือไม่ครับตามรูปที่ 4
