ปุ่ม upgrade structure กับ Full upgrade แตกต่างกันอย่างไรครับ
 

มีที่ไหนทำแบบฟอร์ม ค้างชำระให้ผู้ป่วยหรือญาติลงชื่อรับทราบ(ในกรณีที่ไม่หนีกลับ)บ้างครับ
คือว่าต้องการทำ Custom-Report ที่หน้าออกใบเสร็จ ถ้าจะทำค้างก็ให้พิมพ์แบบฟอร์มให้ผู้ป่วยหรือญาติลงชื่อรับทราบ
มีเลขที่ด้วยก็ดีครับจะได้หาได้ง่ายเวลามาจ่าย (มีรายละเอียดอะไรบ้างยังนึกไม่ออก-ก็เลยมาหาข้อมูลครับ)

-ข้อมูล VCCTYPE เป็นค่าว่าง (NULL)

-ไม่สามารถเชื่อมโยงการให้บริการได้

Error เหล่านี้ตรวจสอบ-แก้ไขอย่างไครับ
 

อยากให้มีระบบ Popup หรือหน้าจอตัวใหญ่ ๆ แจ้งเตือน User ว่าท่านกำลังใช้ฐานข้อมูลอื่นที่ไม่ใช้ฐานข้อมูลของหน่วยงาน หรือข้อความอื่น ๆ ตามเหมาะสม เพื่อป้องกัน User คีย์ข้อมูลผิดฐานข้อมูล
เนื่องจากปัจจุบันมีการทำ Hosxp+DB+Notebook ไปอบรมบ่อย ๆ นาย ก.เป็นคนเข้าไป กลับมา นาย ข. ใช้งานต่อโดยฐานข้อมูลยังเป็น Stand alone อยู่ (จนท.ก็ยังไม่มีความรู้เรื่องเปลี่ยน IP หรือมีแต่ไม่ได้สังเกตุในบางครั้ง)

พอดีมีวัคซีนรวมเพิ่มมาคือ DTPHB1 ก็คือ DTP1+HBV2

1.อยากให้มีการบันทึก loginname ในแต่ละเรคคอร์ดยาหรืออื่น ๆ ครับ
2.แสดงชื่อผู้คีย์ในแต่ละเรคคอร์ด ครับ
จะได้ง่ายต่อการตรวจสอบ และสร้างลักษณะนิสัยให้ใช้ Login ของตัวเอง

มี ฟอร์ม ให้ดาวน์โหลดหรือเปล่า    เห็นทางทีม Audit บอกว่าต้องมี 2 ใบ เป็นอย่างน้อย หน้าแรกจะเป็นข้อมูลทั่วไป เช่น วันที่มารักษาครั้งแรก ชื่อผู้ติดต่อ เบอร์โทร การแพ้ยา ฯลฯ  หน้า2 เป็นต้นไปเป็นรายละเอียดการรักษา 
 

อยากให้มีการบันทึกผู้ที่รับใบ Lab ด้วยครับ และให้แสดงตรงใกล้ผู้รายงาน หรือผู้ตรวจสอบ (ห้อง Lab ฝากขอมาครับ)
