1. กำหนด user ที่ใช้ตรวจสอบสิทธิ์ รูป แรก
2. system seting ---> nhso ---> เลือก save offline ด้วยครับ รูปสอง

ห้ามใช้กับสิทธิ์ ประกันสังคม และ เบิกจ่ายตรง
