สงสัยใน table vn_stat ตรง field  dx_doctor  บาง record ถึงมีค่าว่างๆๆ ทั่งที่มีแพทย์ได้ทำการบันทึกแล้ว น่าจะมีรหัสแพทย์อยู่ตรง field dx_doctor เช่น
select count(*) from vn_stat where vstdate = '2007-10-10'
= 563
select count(*)   from vn_stat where vstdate = '2007-10-10'  and dx_doctor = ''
 = 313
ทำไม dx_doctor  ถึงมีค่าว่างๆ เยอะจัง

ใช้ HOSXP Versiont 3.50.6.5
แต่ตรงหน้าจอบันทึกผลการตรวจรักษาแสดงรหัสแพทย์
สงสัยว่าทำไมใน talble vn_stat  filed dx_doctor   ถึงได้มีค่าว่างๆๆ

รูปด้านบนเป็นรหัสจาก ovst.doctor ครับ

vn_stat.doctor จะมีข้อมูลในกรณีที่แพทย์ใช้ระบบห้องตรวจแพทย์บันทึกข้อมุลผู้ป่วยครับ

ถ้าหากเราต้องการหา ยอดผู้ป่วยที่แพทย์ได้ทำการตรวจ เราจะหาจาก
vn_stat.dx_doctor หรือว่า ovst.doctor ?
 
ในระบบรายงาน OPD  ค้นหาจำนวนผู้ป่วยนอก (custom search )
ใช้ vn_stat.dx_doctor
