ลงข้อมูลในบัญชี 5 แล้ว error ดังรูปครับ  ขิวิธีแก้ไขหน่อยครับ

ลองใช้คำสั่งนี้ดูครับ

update serial set serial_no=(select max(student_regulation_check_id) from student_regulation_check) where name='student_regulation_check_id'
