หวัดดีครับ ตอนลงทะเบียนส่งตรวจคนไข้
หลังจากบันทึก ระบบแจ้งเตือนแบบนี้ครับ (วันก่อนๆ ก็ใช้งานได้ปกติ ครับ)
ผมควรแก้ไขอย่างไรครับ

System Message

SQL Error: Duplicate entry 'NULL' for key 4

เข้าไปซ่อมแซมฐานข้อมูล 1 รอบ ปรากฎว่าใช้งานได้ปกติแล้วครับ

เป็นตอนบันทึก  admit   ครับ     หลังจาก  update structure    v.3.50.7.22

ทำการ drop trigger ออกครับ
