มันบอกว่า

ได้ทำการ Upgrade Structure เพิ่มในส่วนของระยะรอคลอด (น้ำคร่ำ แผล การเย็บ) และต้องทำยังไงครับ หรือต้องเพิ่มอะไรอีก คนไข้คนเดียวขึ้นสองครั้ง เวลาเดียวกันเลย
ขอตารางที่ วงเล็บให้ด้วยนะครับ

ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยขึ้นซ้ำกัน ข้อมูลข้างในเหมือนกันหมดเลย จะลบก็กลัวหายหมด ช่วยด้วยครับ
อีกอย่างข้อมูล ทารกคีย์แล้วข้อมูลไม่ขึ้น งงงง อย่างมาก

ปัญหามาอีกแล้วครับ บันทึกข้อมูลการคลอด ในส่วนของ ทารกไม่บันทึกครับ ผู้ทำคลอดก็ลงไม่ได้ หลายๆ ฟิลด์ยังลงไม่ได้ครับ
ทะเบียนผู้ป่วยคลอดขึ้น 2 คนเป็นคนเดียวกันทั้งสองอันเหมือนกันทุกอย่าง ช่วยดูให้หน่อยครับ

ไม่ทราบว่าเป็นเพราะอะไร ไม่ได้คีย์ข้อมูล หรือผิดพลาดที่ตรงไหน หรือเข้าไปคีย์ตรงไหนครับ

12 แฟ้มส่งออกได้ปกตินะครับ มีปัญหาเฉพาะ 18 แฟ้มจะค้างอยู่ที่ person ลองลบคนที่ลาวที่ใส่ cid เป็น
cid = 1111111111111 ออกทั้งหมด ทำให้ส่งออกได้ คือที่นี่คนลาวเยาะมากครับ 1/3 เลยทีเดียว จะต้องทำไงดี

อาทิตย์ที่แล้วยังส่งออกได้อยู่เลย พอมาวันศุกร์มันก็เป็นแบบในรูปครับ เป็นเพราะตั้งค่าอะไรผิดหรือเปล่า
หรือเป็นเพราะระบบบัญชี วานพี่ๆช่วยทีนะครับ กำลังจะตรวจสอบข้อมูลครับ

เขาบอกว่า แอดมินเดินไปเดินมาไม่ทำงาน (ดูแลระบบทั้งหมด hosxp ซ่อมบำรุง เขียนเว็บ ฯลฯ (คนเดียว))
แล้วยังโยนรายงาน 12+18 แฟ้ม 504,505 ,0110,กิจกรรมกลาง มาให้อีก
ช่วยหน่อยนะครับไม่งั้นผมตายแง๋เลย ขอบคุณครับ

พี่ๆ ช่วยด้วยครับ DN ห้องฟันรันมั่ว ตอนออก DN ใหม่เป็นมาเกือบๆ 2 อาทิตย์แล้วครับประมาณปลายเดือน กพ คือที่นี่เขาตั้ง DN ตามปีงบประมาณครับ ใช้ HOSxP 3.51.12.36 พยายามแก้แล้วครับแต่ก็ไม่ได้ผล คือผมไปแก้ในตาราง Serial ครับ (ตอนแรกๆ DN เปลี่ยนเป็น 62 นำหน้าแล้วก็มั่วๆ ตอนนี้กลายเป็น 97 นำหน้า)
