กรณีที่เราจะลงทะเบียนคนไข้ OPD แต่ไม่สามารถลงได้
ฟ้องว่า CID ซ้ำ กับ HN xxxxxxx แต่ HN ที่ว่านี้ ไม่มีในระบบ
ไม่ว่าจะหาจาก hninsert,hn_change_log,ovst,vn_stat,opdscreen,an_stat,ipt
ก็ไม่ปรากฏว่าพบ HN ดังกล่าวเลย

ไม่ทราบว่าจะเกิดจากกรณีใดได้บ้างครับ และจะแก้ไขอย่างไรดี

รบกวน อ.MN ครับ คือผมอยากเสนอให้ อาจารย์ เพิ่มส่วนของทะเบียนผู้ป่วย CKD
หรือ ไตวายเรื้อรังด้วยครับ พร้อมการคัดกรองผู้ป่วย และเรื่องการบันทึกค่า GFR เข้าไปด้วยครับ
เหมือนกับระบบทะเบียนผู้ป่วยเบาหวาน ความดันครับ
เนื่องจากพยาบาลอยากให้มีส่วนนี้ด้วยครับ ปัจจุบันมีแค่เป็น Script คำนวนค่า GFR เท่านั้นครับ
หรือว่ามีแล้วแต่ผมหาไม่เจอก็ไม่รู้ครับ

2. ศาสนาไปเพิ่มหรือแก้ไขที่ตาราง education แล้วผูกรหัสให้ตรงกับ provis_education

FORM-Doctor-OPDCARD ใช่หรือไม่

ปัญหาคือ ผมแก้ไขการวางตำแหน่ง และเพิ่มเติมข้อมูลครับ
แล้วก็ทำการบันทึกเรียบร้อยแล้ว แต่กลับเป็นว่าพอลองปริ้นท์จาก EMR แล้ว
กลับไม่เปลี่ยนตามที่ผมแก้เลย ลองกลับไปที่ Designer แล้ว อะไรที่แก้ไปก็เป็นตามที่ได้ทำไปแล้ว
 เกิดจากอะไรครับ

คือเราสามารถเอา CPU กับ RAM กับ HDD ของ Server
ไปใช้ใน mainboard ของ pc ทั่วไปได้หรือไม่ครับ

อีกเรื่องคือ ใครพอจะทราบเว็บไชต์ ที่สั่งซื้ออะไหล่ของเคร่อง Server เช่น
mainboard , Power supply เป็นต้น บ้างครับ

โดยมีเงื่อนไขดังในภาพครับ
ทุกท่านลองตรวจดูนะครับ ผมกลัวว่าผมจะเข้าใจผิด นับผิดบ้าง
แต่ก็แก้ไขตามสะดวกครับ น้อนๆ เลย

รหัสเก่าแค่ทำให้ไม่มีขึ้นมาให้เลือก และเพิ่มเฉพาะรหัสใหม่เข้าไปเพิ่ม
