;D ผมใช้รายการ Lab (lab_items,lab_form_head) จาก รพ. และปรับ sys_var เหมือน รพ. เฉพาะ Lab_link เรียบร้อยครับ ไม่ต้องนั่งปรับอะไร เหมือนกันทั้งอำเภอ 55

แพทย์แผนไไทย มีปัญหาเรื่องการเพิ่มหัตถการ รายการไม่ไปโชว์ในแถบ รายการยา/เวชภัณฑ์(F3)
และเมื่อมีการลบหัตถการ สรุปค่าใช้จ่าย(F4) ก็ไม่หักค่าใช้จ่ายออก

ตอนนี้ต้องถูกบังคับให้อัปเวอร์ชั่นใหม่แล้ว อัปทีหนึ่งใช้เวลาทั้งคืน จะหลอดไหมนะเรา เพื่อนๆ พี่ๆ น้องๆ คนไหนเวอร์ชั่นไหนดีบ้างครับ สำหรับโรงพยาบาลใหญ่ อัปทีเดี่ยวแล้วผ่านเลยนะ ทำทีนอนไม่หลับทั้งคืน ไม่รู้ว่าตืนเช้ามาจะเจอปัญหาอะไร ช่วยแจ้งเวอร์ชันที่ ok แล้วส่ง ข้อมูลที่ สปสช ต้องการ ตามที่ท่านๆๆ ต้องการครับ

- จะขอให้อาจารย์พิจารณา เปลี่ยนชื่อฟอร์มของปุ่มพิมพ์ใบสั่งยา ที่หน้า Patient EMR ทั้งนี้เพื่อแยกกันเลยระหว่างฟอร์มที่สั่งพิมพ์ที่หน้าห้องตรวจ กับ Patient EMR เนื่องจากว่า เป็นฟอร์มเดียวกับที่แพทย์พิมพ์ออกจากหน้าห้องตรวจแพทย์ โดยมีแพทย์และจนท.บางคนที่สามารถเข้ามาที่หน้า Patient EMR ได้ (เนื่องจากได้รับสิทธิ์) จะมาพิมพ์ออกเป็นใบสั่งยาแทน เช่น Remed หรือพิมพ์ใบสั่งยาเพื่อดูประวัติเก่า สำหรับแพทย์น้อง และบางคนไม่เข้าใช้งานในหน้าที่ควรจะใช้ และอีกอย่างหนึ่งการกำหนดฟอร์มที่หน้าห้องตรวจแพทย์สำหรับพิมพ์ใบสั่งยา ระบบจะไม่จำค่าที่เราตั้งไว้ .... จริง ๆก็จำบ้างไม่จำบ้าง หาสาเหตุไม่ได้ว่าเป็นเพราะอะไรทำไมเป็นไม่เหมือนกันทุกเครื่อง โดยสิ่งที่ Admin ของ รพ.ได้ปฏิบัติกันก็คือ พยายามกำหนดที่ฟอร์มให้อ้างอิงตามแต่ละเครื่องแล้วแต่ก็แก้ปัญหาไม่จบ ...

ระบบงานห้องคลอดมีปัญหาตามนี้ครับ เผมทดสอบทั้งแต่ 10.6 -10.18 ก็ยังเป็นครับ

ขอถามหน่อยนะครับ ผมทดลองส่งออก 21 แฟ้มดู ปรากฎว่า แฟ้ม death มียอดเหมือนจะดึงมาทั่งหมดนะครับ
ทดลองหาในบอร์ดแล้ว อ้างอิงจาก กระทู้ งงๆ ข้อมูลผมผิดพลาดไหมครับ

ใช้โปรแกรมตรวจสอบ 2.0.3 ตรวจแฟ้ม PP ปรากฏว่าแฟ้ม person ถูกส่งออกมาเยอะมากครับ Error เพียบเลยครับ แต่ละท่านพบปัญหาแบบผมหรือเปล่า
ผมก็เจอปัญหานี้เหมือนกันครับ
ใครพอจะมีแนวทางแก้ไขมั้ยครับ ยังไม่ได้ส่งข้อมูลเดือน ก.ย.54 เลยครับ

ถ้า Upgrade Structure แล้วที่เครื่องที่ขึ้น Error ให้เข้า Safe mode แล้วไปลบโฟลเดอร์ HOSxP ที่ C:/Program Files ออกไป เข้าวินโดว์ปกติใหม่แล้วลง Full install 3.54.7.20 แล้วตามด้วย 3.54.10.18 ครับ

3.54.10.18 บันทึกหน้า xray ได้ปกติ แต่เวลารายงานผล มันหน้าจอค้าง ไม่ยอมตอบสนอง ต้องปิด X ถึงจะออก มันค้างหน้านี้ครับ
