ขอบคุณคับ เดี๊ยวลองทำดูก่อนน่ะครับ

แล้วก็ เมื่อบันทึกผู้ป่วยเสร็จใน 1 คนแล้ว ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยยังคงค้างอยู่ ไม่ยอม clear ข้อมูลเพื่อให้บันทึกคนต่อไปน่ะครับ ฝากด้วยอีก 1 เรื่องครับ

อาจารย์ครับ เจอแล้ว เกิดจากการที่ ผมได้ตั้ง "วิธีการใช้ยา" ( ตาราง drugusage ) จำนวนหลาย recoard มาก(ประมาณ 60,000 recoard) เมื่อเวลาเราคีย์ยา และวิธีการใช้ใน Dispense Mode ตอนเพิ่มหรือบันทึก มันจะถูก Add วิธีการใช้ใน ตาราง drugusage ด้วย น่ะครับมันเลยช้า  พอผมลองลบดู ปรากฎว่าเร็วขึ้นมาก

เอ...แล้วถ้ามีการคีย์วิธีการใช้ยาทุกวัน จาก Dispense Mode แล้ว วิธีการใช้ มันจะถูก Add เพิ่มขึ้นในตาราง drugusage ตลอดซิครับอาจารย์ แล้วปัญหาก็จะกลับมาเหมือนเดิมรึปล่า ....

ตัวเลขเวลาอาจไม่ช้าน่ะคับ เท่าที่เห็นคือเป็น 0 เกือบหมด แต่ในความเป็นจริง มัน delay มากเลยคับ ต้องรอซักระยะกว่าจะ ถูก add มาด้านล่าง

  ทางโรงพยาบาลเกาะสมุยจะทำการขึ้นระบบในวันที่ 9 พค 52 นี้คับ แต่เจอปัญหาที่ห้องยา เพราะว่าทางเภสัชขอใช้การคีย์ยา ในส่วน Dispense Mode ซึ่งเหมือนกับโปแกรมตัวเก่าคับ
แต่ปัญหาที่เกิดคือ เมือทำการคีย์ยาแต่ละตัว จะเกิดการ delay กว่าจะบันทึกยาแต่ละตัวได้ ก็เกือบ 10 วิเลยคับ
รบกวนอาจารย์ช่วยดูให้หน่อยคับ ขอบคุณมากๆ
(ผมลองปรับตาราง opi_dispense จาก inno db เป็น myisam ไม่รู้เกี่ยวกันรึปล่าว แต่ก็ยังช้าคับ)

ตอนนี้ลองทดสอบระบบ ห้องจ่ายยา Dispense Mode ทั้ง OPD และ IPD ครับ พบว่า

1.ตอนคีย์ยา ปกติดีครับ (ชอบครับ) แต่ฉลากช่วยไม่ขึ้นน่ะครับ พอกลับไปดูในฐานข้อมูล พบว่ามีข้อมูลในช่องฉลากช่วย และพอพริ้นก็มีโชว์ในสติ๊กเกอร์ครับ สงสัยๆ (แนบภาพมาด้วยครับ)

อาทิตย์หน้าตั้งใจรออย่างมีความหวังเลยน่ะครับเนี๊ย... ขอบคุณอาจารย์มากคับ

แล้วก็อยากฝากอาจารย์ทุกๆท่านคับ ทางเภสัชที่โรงพยาบาลชอบโหมดคีย์ยา นี้มาก แต่ขอเพิ่มเติมได้มั๊ยครับ

1. สามารถให้ขึ้นวิธีการใช้ยา เป็น Default ของยาแต่ละตัวในโหมดDispense Mode ได้มั๊ยครับ (ตอนนี้ จะขึ้นเฉพาะโหมด 2 )
2. สามารถขยายตัวหนังสือในขั้นตอนการ คีย์ยา ให้โตขึ้น เหมือน โหมด 2 ได้มั๊ยคับ หรือ ถ้าไม่ได้ขยับ ช่องคีย์ของแต่ละส่วน ลงมาได้หรือไม่ครับ เพราะจะได้ปรับ diskplay ของจอให้โตขึ้นได้(800x600 หรือ 1024 x 768 ตอนนี้พอปรับแล้วมันจะไม่พอดีกับจอน่ะครับ)

จากโรงพยาบาลเกาะสมุยน่ะคับ คืออยากทราบว่าตัวจัดการฐานข้อมูลถ้าเกิดเราจะใช้ win server 2003 หรือ พวก Oracle เพื่อรองรับการโตของฐานข้อมูล แล้วจะมีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับการอัฟเกรดตัวโปรแกรมที่อัปเดตมั๊ยครับ
