ใช้คำสั่ง update referout set refer_hospcode = hospcode ครับ

ความน่าเชื่อถือก็มาจากแหล่งที่มาของข้อมูลก็คือตัวผู้ใช้งานระบบครับ ถ้ามีคำถามนี้เกิดขึ้นในองค์กร ควรถามกลับหาตัวเองว่าระบบ audit ข้อมูลทั้งจากระบบสารสนเทศและจากระบบเวชระเบียน มีความน่าเชื่อถือแค่ไหนก่อนที่จะมามองหาสาเหตุอื่นๆครับ หากระบบ audit มีการทำอย่างสม่ำเสมอ ระบบความเสี่ยงมีการรายงานข้อมูลและแนวทางการแก้ปัญหาเชิงระบบที่ดีแล้วคงจะได้คำตอบว่า "ข้อมูลการรับบริการของผู้ป่วยใน HOSxP มีความน่าเชื่อถือ มากน้อย เพียงใด และอย่างไร"

เพิ่มเติมครับ  ซึ่งในระบบ HOSxP จริงๆ ถึงแม้ว่าผมจะเป็นผู้ดูแลระบบ ผมก็ยังไม่อาจรู้ได้ทุกงาน จึงต้องการคำตอบที่ชัดเจนในบางประเด็น ซึ่งผมเคยโดนอาจารย์ที่มาตรวจถามมา เช่น ผมวางระบบไว้ว่า หลังจากสิ้นสุดบริการ รายการบริการของแต่ละ VN งานการเงินต้องตรวจสอบค่ารักษา ตามรายละเอียดในใบสั่งยาและปิด visit ด้วยทุกครั้ง มันก็มีประเด็นถามต่อว่า ถ้าหลังปิด VN แล้ว ข้อมูลจะแก้ไขได้หรือไม่ อย่างไร อันนี้ผมไม่มี Ref ที่แน่นอน

เจออันนี้ครับพี่โก้ แสดงว่าต้องไปเพิ่ม query_cache_type = 2 ใน my.cnf หรือเปล่าครับ

อยากทราบว่าในขณะที่มีการ Initial Import ระบบจะมีการเก็บ Log ไว้ที่ตรงไหนครับ เพราะบางครั้งเราสั่งรันไว้
และไม่สามารถที่จะนั่งเฝ้าหน้าจอได้ตลอดเวลาอ่ะครับ เพราะถ้าตารางไหนที่มันมี error ก็จะได้กลับมา Resync table ได้

ฝากท่านอาจารย์ตรวจสอบระบบ Auto Logout ด้วยครับ ไม่รู้ว่าจะเป็น Bug หรือเปล่า
เพราะจากระบบเดิมที่มีเฉพาะใน system setting มันทำงานปกติ  แต่พอปรับให้มีในราย user ด้วยมันกลับผิดปกติไป
เพราะลองทดสอบแล้วมัน logout เร็วกว่าเวลาที่ตั้งไว้มากๆ ครับ (ใน system setting ตั้งไว้ 10 นาที และ
ราย user ก็ 10 นาทีเหมือนกัน) แต่ตอนนี้ที่พบคือไม่ถึง 1 นาที มันก็ logout แล้วครับ

ลองทดสอบดูครับ

ทั้งที่หน้านี้ ผมยกเลิกการใช้ไปแล้ว

ที่ รพ. ใช้ Image server  ก็ Error เหมือนกันครับ 

ตอนที่ผมใช้ มันปกติดีนะครับ ไม่มี error อะไรเลย แต่ตอนยกเลิกแล้วนี่สิ มัน error

ชั่งใจอยู่นานครับ ก็เลยลองเทสต์ดูระบบนี้ดู ปรากฏว่าติดแหง็กอยู่ตรงนี้ครับ

เพื่อป้องกันความผิดพลาด
เรียนสอบถาม อ.ชัยพร เพิ่มเติม ว่า IP Address, root user, root password, MySQL user, MySQL password, HOSxP DB ต้องตั้งค่าเป็นของเครื่องหลัก หรือเครื่องสำรอง ครับ

ลองใช้ xtrabackup gui โอนไป slave ครับ

กำหนดค่าตรงไหนบ้างครับ และมีข้อควรระวังยังไงบ้างครับ

คืออยากจะทราบว่ากรณีที่ผู้ป่วยทั้งสองโรคนี้มารับบริการ คลีนิคต้องบันทึกข้อมูลอะไรบ้าง เพื่อให้สามารถส่งข้อมูลบริการและฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพปอด
ได้ครบตามหลักเกณฑ์ของกองทุน

คือประมาณว่า อยากเพิ่มหน่วยงาน ER เข้าไปอีก เพื่อแยกหน่วยงานการส่งออกจาก OPD หน่ะครับ

อันนี้คิดเล่นๆครับ คืออยากทราบว่าในแฟ้มหัตถการ (PROCED) มันจะหมายรวมไปถึงการตรวจต่างๆ เช่น X-ray หรือไม่
เพราะในหนังสือ ICD-9-CM มีรหัสให้ลงรายการเหล่านี้ด้วย

ผมมองว่า ถ้ามันรวมถึงตรงนั้นด้วย ก็อยากให้อาจารย์เพิ่มช่องเพื่อ map icd9 และส่งออกมาในแฟ้ม proced ด้วยอ่ะครับ

เพราะผมเคยอัพเดตข้อมูลในฐาน  แต่ไม่รู้ว่าหลังๆจะมีเพิ่มมาอีกหรือเปล่า

ถ้าจะกำหนดวาใครสามารกำหนดได้ แก้ไขข้อมูลได้ต้องทำยังไงครัับ

หน้านี้เป็นเรื่องของทางการพยาบาล ที่ใช้ในการประเมินอาการคนไข้ครับ ว่าแต่จะกำหนดไปทำอะไรเหรอครับ

จากการทดสอบ ล่าสุด   เครื่องสำรอง ใช้ 3.56.4.22b  
ผล lab hba1c ได้ถูกโอนมายัง ตาราง clinicmember เป็นที่เรียบร้อยแล้ว

ตรวจสอบล่าสุดของผมก็มีผลแล็บตัวนี้ใน clinicmember แต่พอเข้าไปดูในรายงานสรุปผลการดูแลผู้ป่วยรายบุคคล กลับไม่มีผลแล็บแสดง ??

ถ้าตรวจสอบว่า link lab ถูกต้อง(ตัวที่สั่งกับตัวที่ link เป็นตัวเดียวกัน)แล้วไม่ต้องการ up version ให้ลองไปบันทึกซ้ำในผู้ป่วยคลินิกพิเศษเบาหวานความดันทีละคนค่ะ เพื่อ update ผล lab ครั้งสุดท้าย

ผมใช้ตัวล่าสุดแล้วครับ และตรงที่เน้นข้อความทำยังครับ

ไม่ทราบว่าแก้ปัญหาได้หรือเปล่าครับ

ลองตรวจสอบดูว่า HbA1c ใน lab_items มี กี่ตัวครับ อาจจะผูก lab_link ไม่ถูกก็ได้นะครับ

ผมดูแล้วก๊มีแค่รายการเดียว 

ลองตรวจสอบดูว่า ในตาราง sys_var

มันผูกหรือเปล่าครับ

ใน sys_var ก็ ทำครบแล้ว ก็ยังไม่ขึ้น

Update opdscreen lab result ที่อยู่ใน Laิ Link ก็ทำแล้ว

ผมก็ว่า ผมตรวจดูเป็นอย่างดีแล้ว ปรากฏว่าในระบบรายงานผลการดูแลรายบุคคล มีผลการตรวจ A1C น้อยมาก ทั้งที่คลีนิคสั่งตรวจแทบจะทุกคนเลย
