มีเรื่องรบกวนอีกแล้วครับ  ตามรูปครับ อยากได้ sql stetment ครับ เผื่อจะประยุกต์ใช้ในการออก Excel หรือเพิ่ม Field ที่อยากได้เช่น บัตรประชาชน ครับ

แบบนี้พอได้มั้ยครับ
