Error ซึ่ง ผใก็ งง ว่า มัน เป็นไร เพราะว่าไม่ได้
มีการแก้ไข หรือ ว่า ทำไร กะ ระบบ เลย งง ๆ
เหมือนกัน

เนื่องจากมานั่งไล่เรียง ดูแล้ว ปรากฎว่า ยัง ไม่มั่นใจในความเข้าใจเท่าไหร่ครับ เลยเอามาถามผู้รู้น่าจะ ดีกว่า คนที่ไม่รู้เหมือนผมเขาจะได้รู้ด้วย มีคำถามอย่างนี้ครับ
 
1. ตารางที่เก็บข้อมูล วัคซีนนั้น หลัก ๆ ทั้งระบบ จะมี เท่านี้หรือ เปล่าครับ (ไม่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลการให้บริการ)
    - person_vaccine
    - person_vaccine_group_lot
    - student_vaccine
    - student_vaccine_place
    - epi_vaccine
    - vaccine_combination
    - vaccine

2. แต่ละตารางมีความสำครัญเยี่ยงนี้หรือ เปล่า
    - ตาราง person_vaccine เป็นตารางที่เก็บข้อมูลชนิดของวัคซีนหลัก ๆ ที่ใช้อยู่ทั้งหมด ทั้งกลุุ่่ม ชื่อ รหัส ที่ส่งออก 18 แฟ้ม

    - ตาราง person_vaccine_group_lot ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล Lot No. ของวัคซีนที่ผู้ใช้ต้องไปลงเอง ในส่วนของข้อมูลวัคซีน โดยจำแนกตามกลุ่มของวัคซีน

    - ตาราง student_vaccine เป็นตารางที่เก็บข้อมูลที่จะให้ในกลุ่มเด็กวัยเรียน ซึ่งจะมีชื่อวัคซีน และ Code ในการส่งออกวัคซียนในระบบ 18 แฟ้ม และ ผมสงสัยว่า มันเชื่อมโยงกับตาราง Person Vaccine หรือ เปล่า

    - ตาราง student_vaccine_place เก็บข้อมูลสถานที่ ให้บริการวัคซียนในเด็กนักเรียน

    - ตาราง epi_vaccine เก็บข้อมูลของวัคซีนที่ให้บริการแก่เด็กกลุ่มอายุ 0 - 5 ปี 11 เดือน 30 วัน เก็บข้อมูลชื่อ และ Code ส่งออกวัคซีนในระบบ 18 แฟ้ม รวมทั้งอายุ ของกลุ่มเป้าหมายในวัคซีนกลุ่ม นั้น ๆ 

    - ตาราง vaccine_combination เป็นตารางที่เก็บข้อมูล วัคซีนรวมต่าง ๆ โดยอ้างอิงจาก รหัสวัคซีน และ รหัสวัคซีนรวม ซึ่งผมเองยังไม่แน่ใจว่ามันจะเชื่อมโยงกันตางรางอื่น ๆ หรือ ไม่

    - ตาราง Vaccine ไม่รู้ว่ามีไว้ทำไม เพราะว่า ไม่เห็นมีข้อมูลในตารางนี้ ทั้ง ที่ตามชื่อน่าจะเป็นตารางหลังในระบบวัคซีน

3. ขอรบกวนท่าน อาจารยื และ เหล่าจอมยุทธ ทั้งหลายช่วยอธิบาย หรือ เพิ่มเติมความเข้าใจของผมด้วยครับ ทั้ง นี้เพื่อจะได้ใช้เป็นแนวทางต่อไปกรณี ที่จะต้อง ไปลงระบบ วัคซีน หสกต้องการเพิ่มวัคซีนเข้าไปในระบบ ต้องไปจัดการเรื่องใด อย่างไร บ้าง หาก จะ เป็น ไม่รบกวนเกินไปอยบ่างได้ตารางตัวอย่าง ไว้เป็นที่อ้างอิงต่อไปครับ

ส่วนเรื่องส่งออก 18 แฟ้ม กรณีที่ ข้อมูลลงด้วยโปรแกรม Hosxp PCU เอง Version 3.53.2.3 ไม่มีปัญหาครับ แต่ถ้าในเดือนนั้น มีข้อมูลที่นำเ้ข้ามาจาก HCIS ปนอยู่ด้วยมันจะมีปัญหาส่งออกแล้วค้างที่แฟ้ม Drug ครับตาม Error ที่แจ้งไว้ครับ 

ส่งออกผ่าน Hosxp ผ่านครับ ส่วนตารางยา ผมก็ ตรวจสอบ แล้ว
พบ ปัญหา กรณีที่ Import HCIS แล้วได้ ข้อมูลที่เป็น Visit มาด้วย
ผมลอง ลบ ข้อมูลจาก HCIS ให้ คง ไว้เฉพาะ ที่เริมลงจาก Hosxp PCU

แต่ Hosxp PCU ก็ Error อยู่ดี ครับ   

ต้องรอ อีก นิดป่าว ครับ หรือ บรรเลง ได้เลย 

อ.mn แล้ว รพ. ที่ อ.mn ขึ้นระบบให้ สมัย ยังไม่ใช่ MBS จะได้รับ อานิสง นี้ด้วยไหม ครับ

อยู่วง LAN เดียวกัน หรือป่าว หากอยู่ วง เดียวกันลงตรวจสอบ Firewall ทั้งสองฝั่ง ดู
หาก อยู่คนละ วง ดู ว่า มี Firewall ที่ Router ที่เชื่อม ทั้ง สอง วง หรือ เปล่า ครับ

ท่าทาง จะ เสีย ผม เลย ของ ฐานข้อมูลเดิม ที่ Backup ไว้ไปทับ ตอนนี้ใช้งานได้ตามปกติ แล้วครับ แต่ อยากรู้เหมือนกันว่า เจ้าตาราง นี้ มี ไว้ทำหน้าที่อะไร ครับ ทำไมพอมันเสีย แล้ว Save ข้อมูล ไม่ได้ซักอย่าง เลย ... ท่านใดทราบ ช่วยบอกที ครับ ขอบคุณครับ

ขอคุณครับ ตอนนี้ แก้ปัญหาได้แล้ว ครับ สาเหตุ อาจจะเกิดจาก Server ผม Ram มันน้อน ครับ
แค่ 512MB เอง ใช้มานานนมหลายปี ตอนนี้ ก้ เพียงแก้ไขให้ใช้งานได้ไปก่อนครับ เพราะว่าจะ
ได้ Server ใหม่ เดือนหน้านี้แล้วครับ ยังไง คงได้รบกวนอาจารย์ ทุกท่านอีกรอบ แล้ว มีใครใช้

ได้ไหม ครับ ผมเอง ก็ ไม่ค่อยเข้าในเรื่อง นี้ เท่าไหร่   จะได้เอามาจัดการเรื่อง ระบบ Stock ยา
ของโรงพยาบาลด้วยครับ ขอบคุณครับ 

แฟ้มที่ชื่อ Home ส่งออกมาแล้ว ดู เหมือน ว่า ในส่วนของ Field LOCATYPE จะผิดครับ
เพราะว่า File ที่ส่งออกมามี รหัส เลข 6 ออกมาด้วย ซึ่ง จากการตรวจสอบคราว ๆ พบว่ามาจาก
Field ที่ชื่อ House_type_id  ซึ่งจริง ๆ น่าจะมาจาก Field ที่ชื่อ Location_area_id ในตาราง
house ครับ จากภาพ คือ File home ที่ส่งออกจาก Hosxp , ภาพ จากตาราง house และ
มาตรฐาน 18 file  สปสช. ครับ

เรื่องการให้บริการเยี่ยมบ้านในผู้ป่วย NCD ครับ

คือที่โรงพยาบาลที่ทำงานอยู่จะให้บริการเยี่ยมบ้านในผู้ป่วย NCD และในการออกเยี่ยมบ้านแต่ละครัง พยาบาลที่ออกหน่วยก็จะเอายา ต่าง ๆ ไปให้ผู้ป่วยด้วย โดยยการเอา OPD Card มาให้แพทย์ประจำบ้านดูแล้วก็ลงว่า จะ ให้ยาอะไร ลด หรือ เพิ่มยาอะไร แล้วให้พยาบาลที่ออกไปเยี่ยม นำยาไปให้ แล้ว ก็ วัดสัญญาณชีพต่าง ๆ ที่จำเป็นหรือ เจาะเลือด เพื่อนำกลับมาตรวจที่โรงพยาบาล จากนั้น ก็ เอาข้อมูลมาลงที่ OPD Card เพื่อรอให้หมอสั่งยา ในการออก ครั้งต่อ ๆ ไป ซึ่งสาเหตุที่ทำแบบนี้ เพราะว่า พื้นที่ตั้งของหมู่บ้าน มัน อยู่ไกลลิบครับ บ้างในหุบเขา บ้างก็ยอดเขา ในการออกไปหมู่บ้านแต่ละครั้ง ก็ต้องออกเป็นกลุ่ม มีทั้งเจ้าหน้าที่ สอ. และ พยาบาล เพื่อจะออกไปทำงานสาธารณสุข ให้ได้ครอบคลุมมากที่สุด เพราะถ้ารอให้ชาวบ้านลงมา ... ก็ หายไปหมดครับ ไม่ได้ตามแผนการรักษา ... แล้วแบบนี้ผมจะทำไงดี ครับ

ตอนนี้ก็ ให้ลงทะเบียนเหมือนการมาที่โรงพยาบาลแต่เลือกเป็นคนไข้ ออกหน่วย  เพื่อที่ห้องยาเองก็จะสามารถลงข้อมูลการเบิกจ่ายได้ แต่ ห้องบัตรก็มีปัญหาเพราะว่า ข้อมูล จะ มากวน จำนวน Visit ที่มาโรงพยาบาล ส่วน Clinic NCD ก็ บ่นเพราะว่าข้อมูลไปขึ้น ที่ มารับบริการแต่ว่าทาง Clinic พิเศษ เองไม่ได้ลงการให้บริการเพราะว่า คนไข้ไม่ได้มาจริง ๆ

ผมเอง เลยไม่รู้จะทำไง ครับ

เลยมีคำถามว่า
1. มีการลงข้อมูลการใช้ยากรณีที่ออกเยียมบ้าน แบบ ที่ ข้อมูลไม่ได้มากวน Visit จริงที่โรงพยาบาลไหมครับ
2. การเชื่อมโยงผู้ป่วย Clinic พิเศษ ต่าง ๆ กับข้อมูลผู้ป่วยเรื้อรังที่อยู่ในบัญชี 1-8 มันสามารถที่จะ Link ข้อมูลกันได้ไหม ครับ ทั้งนี้เวลาออก เยียมบ้านก้มาลงข้อมูลที่ บัญชี 1-8 และ มีการเชื่อโยงประวัติไปยังหน้า HOSXP ในส่วนของ Clinic NCD ต่าง ๆ

ช่วยผมทีครับ ... 

คือ อยากได้รายงานที่แสดงชื่อ บุคคล ที่มารับบริการ โดยจำแนกตาม ประเภทการมา
เช่น คนไข้ทั่วไป คน ไข้ออกหน่วย คนไข้ PCU ตามภาพครับ 
เอา เป็นชื่อคน อายุ โรค ค่าใช้จ่าย และ ที่อยู่ ไม่ทราบว่าอาจารย์ท่านใด
มีมั้งครับ ขอ เชิญทุกท่านร่วมทำบุญก่อนวันสงกรานต์ ด้วยครับ
(ปล. ไม่รู้ว่า field ไหน ตารางอะไร เก็บ ค่าประเภทผู้ป่วยดังกล่าว)

หมายถึง เอา Code  ในส่วนของ MAININSCL ตามรหัสมาตรฐานของ สนย. ไป Update ที่ ตาราง pttype ของ HOSXP field ที่ชื่อ NHSO_CODE ใช่ไหมครับ

ฝากต่อเรื่อง Locatype สามารถ กำหนด แบบ เป็นหมู่บ้านเลย ได้ไหม ครับ เช่น
หมู่บ้าน ก. อยู่เขต อบต. ต่อไป เมื่อเพิ่มหลังคาเรือนไหม่ ทุก ครั้ง ในหม่บ้านดังกล่าว
ก็จะ ขึ้น Locatype ตามที่เราตั้งไว้ หรือ กรณี ที่ เปลี่ยน มาเป็น เทศบาล ก็สามารถ
เปลี่ยน ไป เป็น อย่างอื่นได้ ไม่รู้ว่า แบบ นี้ จะ ดีไหม ครับ .. แสดงความคิดเห็นเท่านั้น
