มีวิธีการแก้ไขยังไงครับ

จะทำอย่างไรถึงจะให้ทำค่า GFR ในห้องตรวจแพทย์แสดงผลเป็น ปีปัจจุบัน
กดให้แสดงผลแล้ว เป็นการแสดงผลของปี 2013 ทั้งที่ในปีนี้ 2014 ก็มีการเจาะ lab เกมือนกัน

เมื่อคืนนี้ 30 สิงหาคม 56 มีเหตุการณ์ Server หยุดทำงาน สันนิฐานว่าน่าจะเกิด Power supply ขัดข้อง
หลังจากถอด  Power supply ออกมาแล้วเสียบเข้าใปใหม่ ก็ไช้งานได้ปกติ แต่ ดูกราฟที่ MySQL Moniter  ขี้นๆ ลงๆ ผิดกว่าปกติ
ทดลอง connect ใช้งานได้
ตอนเช้าพิมพ์บัตรคิวนำทางได้ แต่ไม่สามารถพิมพ์ OPDCARD  ใบสั่งยา  ใบนัด และสติกเกอร์ยาได้ จึงได้ประสานงาน
ไปยังผู้จัดการฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ คุณนันน์ทา  ตั้งใจ  ได้รับการช่วยเหลือและ รีโมทมาแก้ไขปัญหาให้
โดยการ  Check and Repair Table สามารถใช้งานได้ภายใน30 นาที  จึงขอขอบคุณ ท่านผู้จัดการฝ่ายลูกค้าสัมพันธ์

 ทำตามคำแนะนำ ข้างบนแล้ว ALTER TABLE opitemrece MODIFY staff varchar(25); 6 ชั่วโมงยังไม่เสร็จเลยครับ ระบบการทำงาน เป็นอัมพาตหมด ใช้งานไม่ได้เลย จึงจำเป็นต้องยกเลิก  พอจะมีเครื่องมือหรือคำแนะนำที่ดีๆจาก Call Centerไหมครับ ที่จะทำให้ สามารถ  Up จาก 3.56.2.25F เป็น 3.56.3.19 หรือ 3.56.4.22

ย้ายข้อมูลจาก server เดิมมา server ใหม่ ด้วยวิธี  mysqldump  แล้ว Restore
เพราะวิํธีกาีีอื่นๆ เช่น Initial Import ทำไม่ได้
หลังจาก Restore & Upstructure แล้ว ข้อมูลรายการยาหายครับ มีวิธีการใดที่จะเรียก รายการยากลับมาได้เหมือนเดิมหรือใกล้เคียง

ขอคำแนะนำครับ
บันทึกภาพถ่ายของผู้ป่วยเข้าใน HOSxP ที่ เวชระเบียน ด้วยกล้องเวปแคม 
เพื่อยืนยันตัวผู้ป่วย   จุด สกรีน  ห้องตรวจแพทย์ และห้องอื่นๆ ใช้งานได้ดีครับ
แต่ห้องจ่ายยา  เมื่อเปิด เมื่อเปิดโมดุลลงรายการยา Mode2  และเรียกเรียกผู้ป่วยที่มีภาพจะโหลดช้ามาก และจะโหลดเท่ากับจำนวนรายการยาที่สั่งหรือรายการที่สั่งใหม่  ไม่ทราบเพราะเหตุใด และจะแก้ไขยังไงครับ  หรือจะไม่ให้แสดงภาพที่ ลงรายการยา Mode2  จะได้ไหมครับครับ

อยากให้คุณ tanoy999 และชุมชน hosxp ทดสอบ plawan cetral log หน่อยครับ คงมีหลายท่านที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ตาม พรบ.คอมฯ50
 ทดลองติดตั้งตามคู่มือแล้วครับ ออกได้เฉพาะเครื่องที่ติดตั้ง plawan central log ออกเน็ตได้ เครื่องอื่นๆ ออกไม่ได้ ครับ

Up 3.50.6.13  เป็น  3.51.3.4  แล้วมี Error ครับ  ทดลองในเครื่องจำลองแล้วผ่านเลยทำกับเครื่องจริง จะแก้ปัญหายังไงครับ

อยาจะให้สภาพการมาพบเพทย์  เช่น เปลนั่ง เปลนอน /สภาพ เช่น เดินมา อุ้มมา รถเข็นนั่ง  รถเข็นนอน แสดงใน Form_Docter-OPDCARD จะหาได้จากตารางไหนครับ
