   งานเข้า วันนี้มีเจ้าหน้าที่ลงข้อมูลผู้มารับบริการในเครื่องสำรอง ประมาณ 50 ท่าน รบกวนอาจารณ์ทุกท่าน ช่วยแนะนำวิธีนำข้อมูล จากเครื่องสำรองไปยังเครื่องหลักด้วยครับ เป็นการตรวจสุขภาพประจำปี

หลังจากพบปัญหา ใบสั่งยา TRx หาย ผมได้ดำเนินการแก้ไขตามขั้นตอน ดังนี้

1. เปิด Option  Mirror Copy IPD TRx
    * รายการที่เกิดใหม่ จะไปเกิดที่ ตาราง opitemrece_trx

2. หลังจากการเงินดำเนินการเสร็จเรียบร้อย เรียกใช้ Confirm clearing finance
   * รายการทั้งหมด จะไปเกิดที่ ตาราง   opitemrece_ipd

หลังจากนั้นสักระยะหนึ่ง ข้อมูลใบสั่งยา TRx จะหายไป

รบกวน อ. ทุกท่าน ช่วยแนะนำวิธีแก้ปัญหาให้ด้วยครับ

รบกวนช่วยแนะนำ การทำรายงานการจ่ายยา แยกตามรายชื่อเครื่องคอมฯ ด้วยครับ เราต้องอ้างอิง ตารางไหนครับ เพื่อให้ได้ จำนวนครั้ง และมูลค่า ออกมา

เลือกใช้ Mirrir copy IPD TRx แต่ไม่สามารถใช้ นำการการ TRx กลับมาใช้ได้ เรียกใช้ รายการยาไม่มาครับ
แก้ไขอย่งไรดีครับ

ตอนนี้ผมมีปัญหาในการทำงานคือ ระบบห้องจ่ายยา --> ใบสั่งยา Scan จาก IPD ผมใช้งานไม่ได้ แต่หลัง v.3.53.12.07 ใช้งานได้ปกติครับ ปัญหาใน 3.54.02.10b คือ เวลาเรียกข้อมูลจะทำให้ระบบค้างไปเลย แต่ถ้าหาก Empty Table ipt_doc_scan และ ipt_doc_scan_image แล้วเริ่มทำงานการ Scan ใหม่ ก็ทำงานได้ปกติครับ 
แต่หาก Restore ข้อมูล table ipt_doctor_scan และ ipt_doctor_scan_image กลับมา ก็ทำให้ระบบค้างเหมือนเดิม
เป็นมานานแล้วครับ ผมแก้ไม่ตกจริงๆ ทั้งติดตั้ง Linux และ MySQL ใหม่ หลายรอบแล้วครับ
ผมใช้ Centos 5.5  MySQL Percona 5.1.3 RAM 12 GB. ครับ

ข้อมูลผู้ป่วยหายในเครื่องอม่ข่ายหลัก  แต่ในเครื่องแม่ข่ายสำรองยังมีข้อมูลอยู่ เราจะเรียกข้อมูลกลับมาได้อย่างไรครับ

รบกวนช่วยดู Error ให้ผมหน่อย จะเป็นตอนทำ Discharge แล้วลงรายการ นัด จะฟ้อง Count not convert variant of type (Null) into type (Double) ครับ (เป็นเฉพาะผู้ป่วยรายนี้รายเดียว รายอื่นไม่เป็นครับ)

ขอความช่วยเหลือครับ เช้านี้เข้าโปรแกรม HOSxP บางเครื่อง มันฟ้อง Error Number 27 Resouce not found  ครับ

ผมไม่ได้เลือกตัวเลือก Complete Locked (ห้ามเพิ่ม/แก้ไข) ใน ห้องจ่ายยาและการเงิน ทำให้ สามารถเข้าไปเพิ่มแก้ไขรายการยาได้ เราจะกำหนดรายการยาที่ผ่านมาแล้วให้ Lock ได้ไหมครับ

ท่านใดมีโครงการ พัฒนาระบบสารสนเทศ เรื่อง ความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล บ้างครับผม ขอแนวคิดสักหน่อยครับ

สอบถามแบบไม่รู้จริงๆนะครับ ว่ารายละเอียดการ Update แต่ละ Version หาได้จากไหนครับ หัวหน้างาน สอบถามมาหาข้อมูลให้หัวหน้าไม่ได้จริงๆครับ ตอบหัวหน้าไม่ได้ว่า Update เพราะอะไร 

รบกวนสอบถามปัญหา วันนี้พบอาการเข้าโปรแกรม Hos XP ไม่ได้ โดยการทดสอบการเชื่อมต่อแล้ว จะแจ้ง Error กลับมาว่า to many connecttion เป็นบางจุดนะครับ เราต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรครับผม (ตอนนี้ผม Reboot File Server ใหม่ ก็ใช้ได้ตามปกติ)
