2 แต่พอเลือกห้องข้อมูลรายชื่อจะโชว์มาเฉพาะวันที่สุดท้ายอ่ะคะ (ตามรูปที่2)

คือว่าในรหัส icd10 มันมีรหัสแค่ k044 คะ ไม่มีรหัสต่อคือ k0440 k0441 สองตัวนี้ไม่มีในรหัส ICD10 มาตรฐานคะ จะต้องแก้ไขที่ตารางไหนของ hosxp คะ เพราะเวลาเลือกโปรแกรมบังคบเลือกให้ครบนะคะ เพราะมีผลต่อการส่ง op/pp คะ ทำให้ service error คะ เนื่องจากหา diag ไม่พบในตารางนะคะ ต้องแก้ไขอย่างไรคะ ด่วนมากคะ

แจ้งปัญหาการส่งตรวจคนไข้ ของ เวอร์ชั่น 11.29 คะ

คือว่า เวลาส่งตรวจคนไข้ที่เครื่อง ก ยังไม่เสร็จ แล้วเครื่อง ข ก็ส่งพร้อมๆกันคนไข้คนเดียวกัน แต่ระบบมันไม่ฟ้องว่า คนไข้ที่ส่งในเครื่องใดเครื่องหนึ่งมันซ้ำกันนะคะ จึงทำให้ห้องบัตรส่งคนไข้ซ้ำซ้อนนะึคะ ไม่ทราบว่าต้องแก้อย่างงัยคะ

รบกวนถามเรื่อง sys ข้อมูลหน่อยคะ พอดี sys datacenter แล้วมันแสดงดังรูปไม่ทราบว่าต้องกด start ใหม่รึเปล่าคะ ใช้เวอร์ชั้น 3.54.10.24

พอเลือกรายการขึ้นมาทุกอย่างก็ปกติดีคะ  แต่พอเลือกหน้าสั่ง LAb ก็เกิดข้อมูลขึ้นตามภาพอ่ะคะ มีรายการ lab มากมายขึ้นมานะคะ  แต่พอเรา เลือกใบ lab  แล้วกดสั่ง lab ล่วงหน้า ข้อมูล lab ที่มีอยู่ตอนแรกมากมายก็หายไปเหลือแค่อันเดียวที่เราสั่งนะคะ มันเกิดจากอะไรคะ  ตอนนี้ใช้เวอร์ชั่น 3.54.2.2 นะคะ

ขอความช่วยเหลือด่วนคะ ส่งออก 18 แฟ้มไม่ได้นะคะ ในส่วนของ รพ.  ใช้ เวอร์ชั่น 3.53.11.08 เวลาส่งออก 18 แฟ้มของปีงบ 54 อ่ะคะ มันดึงข้อมูลมา 3 บรรทัด เองอ่ะค แล้วมันก็รัน ovst.seq แล้วมันก็เงียบเลยอ่ะคะไม่มีไรเกิดขึ้น
คือแรกส่งทั้ง 2 แบบ คือ op และ pp  อ่ะคะ

แล้วพอเลือกส่งแค่ pp อย่างเดียวมัน ก็ error ตามรูปอ่ะคะ เกิดจากอะไรคะ

คือว่าในหน้าการคีย์ขอมูลพื้นฐานของหน้าจอลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยนอกกับบัญชีที่ 1 นะคะ ข้อมูลมันก็เหมือนกันไม่ใช่เหรอคะ เวลาคีย์เพิ่มเติมหรือแก้ไขข้อมูลในหน้าลงทะเบียนมันหน้าจะอัพเดรตในบัญชีที่  1 ด้วยอ่ะคะ  และอีกอย่างมันน่าจะติ๊กที่ link patient ให้อัตโนมัติอ่ะคะโดยเชื่อมกันจาก cid มันจะได้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลาเข้ามาตรวจสอบทีละคนนะคะ ไม่ทราบว่าจะเป็นไปได้ไหม  หรือมีวิธีแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างไร รบกวนผู้รู้อธิบายให้ฟังหน่อยคะ  เพราะนะตอนนี้เวลาส่งออก 18 แฟ้ม มันจะฟ้องว่าไม่สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับ ตารางperson  อ่ะคะ

พอดีเข้ามาตรวจสอบข้อมูลในหน้าของบันทึกผลวินิจฉัยนะคะ อยู่ดีดีก็มีข้อมูลคนไข้โผล่ขึ้นมาดังรูป โดยที่ไม่มีใครเป็นผู้ส่งตรวจนะคะเลย งง ตามรูปที่แนบมานะคะ ..รบกวนผู้รู้ช่วยหน่อยคะใครเลยเจอบ้างคะ

เมื่อวันก่อนได้ลองทำ replication แล้ว run agent ก็ใช้งานได้ตามปกติแล้วพอสักประมาณตีสาม เครื่องหลักมันค้างจึงทำให้ต้อง รีสตาร์เครื่องใหม่แล้วทำการ run agent ให่อีกครั้งแต่พอทำเสร็จเช้าวันต่อมามันขึ้น error แบบนี้มันหมายความว่าอะไรคะ

ต้องใช้คำสั่งแบบไหนคะ และมันสามารถดึงจากตาราง patient ได้รึเปล่าคะ

รบกวนดูให้หน่อยคะแก้ไม่ได้อะ เพราะข้อมูลในฐานข้อมูลมีเพียงแต่ว่าในไม่ลิงค์ไปที่หน้าของทะเบียน รับ refer นะคะ พยาบาลทำงานไม่สะดวกอะคะ ใครทราบช่วยบอกวิธีแก้ไขหน่อยคะ

รบกวนผู้รู้อยากได้รายงานสถิติการให้บริการผู้ป่วยนอกผู้ป่วยใน ตามรูปตัวอย่างนะค่ะค้องเขียนอย่างงัยคะ

พอดีว่ามีมติกรรมการแพทย์ออกมาใหม่นะค่ะว่าให้ออกใบรับรองแพทย์แบบใหม่นะค่ะ ช่วยดูให้หน่อยนะค่ะ (ด่วนค่ะ) รบกวนผู้รู้ค่ะ

รบกวนท่าผู้รู้ พอดี ที่ รพ. ใช้ตัวเต็มเป็น 3.50.8.22 นะค่ะแล้วอัพมาเป็น 3.51.3.4 แล้วอัพเป็น 3.51.10.26 แล้วติดปัญหา error ดังรูปนะค่ะไม่รู้จะแก้ไขยังงัยค่ะ ด่วนๆ
