ถ้าทำได้อย่างที่ คุณ kic_kok แนะนำมา แจ่มเลยครับงานนี้ มี รพ.ไหนเคยทำและทำได้บ้าง ช่วยชี้แนะด้วยครับ

คือวันนี้มีปัญหา power supply ของ server1 ตัวใหม่ (ติดตั้งได้ไม่ถึงปี) spec HP ตามข้างล่าง เกิดระเบิดไฟไม่เข้า ไม่สามารถใช้งานได้
ปัญหา คือ จะกลับไปใช้ server2 รอง แต่ว่า ข้อมูลระหว่าง server1 ใหม่ กับ server2 รอง ห่างกัน 5 วัน
 1. ถ้าแก้ไข server1 ได้แล้ว ต้องการนำเข้าข้อมูลจาก server2 ที่สำรองใช้ 1-2 วัน ไปนำเข้าต่อเนื่องใน server1 ได้หรือไม่ ถ้าได้ทำอย่างไรครับ
 2. power supply ระเบิดน่าจะเกิดจากอะไรได้บ้างครับ เพราะ server ตัวเก่าไม่เคยเกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้
                    รอทุกคำตอบอยู่ครับ ขอบคุณครับ

ทื่ รพ.อื่น เป็นหรือเปล่าครับ ลองตรวจสอบตารางตามที่คุณ nahos บอกแล้ว ก็ไม่ได้ใส่ค่า Y

version 3.50.12.4 จำนวนด้าน เป็น -1 version ก่อนหน้า เป็น 0 ทำให้การคำนวณด้านผิดพลาดครับ

ได้ทำการเปลี่ยน server ใหม่ ใช้ไปได้ซักระยะหนึ่ง ยังไม่ได้ update version
แต่ทำการ update structure ใหม่ (เพราะได้ไปเพิ่ม รายการค่ารักษาของ ห้อง lab แต่ค่ารักษาที่เพิ่มใหม่ไม่แสดง ) แล้วขึ้น error ดังรูป

ทำกี่ปี ได้ 9000 รพ.ผม เริ่มบรรจุ 7600 ตามวุฒิปริญญาตรี

ขึ้นอยู่กับการจัดการของ รพ.แต่ละแห่งเองครับ อย่าง รพ.ผม ให้สิทธิบัตรออกใบรับรองชั่วคราว ให้ใช้ได้ถึงวันไหน ก็ลงวันหมดอายุต่อจนถึงวันนั้น จนกว่าบัตรใหม่จะออกครับ

ขอบคุณครับ ทุกคำแนะนำ ผมเกือบตัดสินใจ format เครื่องซะแล้ว โชคดีที่ตั้งกระทู้ในบอร์ดก่อน ผมใช้วิธี copy ไฟล์ HHCTRL.OCX มาจากเครื่องอื่นไปแทนที่ ใช้ได้แล้วครับ
